Overview Little Caesars, a leading pizza chain, is hiring Shift Lead Managers for the morning, afternoon, and evening shifts at our Highland location. Responsibilities Execute cash management duties using POS and prepare Shift Reports Assist in maintaining adequate inventory levels using company systems and guidelines to minimize loss Manage the restaurant’s assets by ensuring it is clean, safe, and organized while complying with safety and security standards Communicate, train, and promote quality standards to team members Professional and prompt response to all customer concerns or issues Perform the duties of all positions in the restaurant, including pizza delivery, as needed Lead a team with minimal supervision and foster an atmosphere of teamwork, energy, and fun Use phones, computers, fax machines, and copiers as required Qualifications Authorized to work in the United States Friendly, fun, and hard working Dependable and respectful Reliable transportation to and from work Ability to lift 50 lbs Benefits Competitive starting wage with opportunities for progression. #J-18808-Ljbffr Little Caesars
