Modern Toyota of Winston-Salem is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Automotive Parts Stock Clerk to join our outstanding Parts Department. As a valued member of our parts team, you'll play a critical role in keeping our service department running efficiently by ensuring parts are received, organized, stocked, and delivered accurately. What You'll Do Receive and check in stock orders, then stock parts in the correct bin locations. Pull and distribute parts orders for technicians in a timely manner. Receive, reconcile, and properly locate shipments from outside vendors. Pick up parts from local vendors using a company vehicle when needed. Assist with inventory management and stock control. Verify invoices against purchase orders for all pickups and deliveries. Process and verify payments received with delivery invoices. What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities. Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed.
