Department Website: Job Description & Duties Are you seeking a leadership role in the field of business operations, communications, and outreach? The OEE Business Operations Supervisor I is responsible for leading, coaching, and overseeing a diverse team of analysts, technical and administrative staff performing financial, administrative support, communication, outreach, information technology, and analytical functions in OEE. Establish, coordinate, and implement program-wide objectives including policy development for OEE translation processes. Set strategic goals, and succession planning by working in collaboration with OEE management on best practices for hiring and recruitment/retention efforts. Provide oversight, direction, and resolution to programmatic issues in areas including OEE technology infrastructure, library services, personnel, budgets, finance, contracts, facilities, and procurement in coordination with the Office of Environmental Information Management (OEIM) and Business Services to ensure program-wide objectives are met. Ensure that public meetings and workshops are organized and run smoothly, including technical and logistical operations. Implement information/data management systems to ensure data alignment and accuracy of information. Qualifications Experience in Business Operations or Administrative Tasks. Strong written and oral communication skills and experience. Experience in communication, public outreach, or community engagement. Experience working with Technology and Information Management. Experience with implementing and developing policies and procedures. Experience working with teams’ coordination and management experience. Project management experience.
