Maintenance Supervisor Responsibilities & Duties Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment and/or facility as required Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventative maintenance Proactively trouble shoot & install equipment by means of observation, measuring and testing: Mechanical Pnumatic Hydraulic Electrical Oversee and train subordinates to perform maintenance and general labor functions Maintain statutory and regulatory compliance systems: OSHA requirements SDS/Right to Know Local Fire Codes Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan Maintenance Supervisor Qualifications & Skills Prefer Candidates with 8-10 years of on the job experience in machine maintenance Mechanical aptitude with a strong desire to learn and grow Experience with CNC Repair Proficient w/ Mechanical, Electrical, Pnumatic, Hydraulic diagrams and associated repairs Critical thinking and a drive for problem-solving Experience w/ Mattison and/or Thompson surface grinders Good communication and organizational skills A positive and a proactive mindset Read/interpret documents including blueprints to ensure equipment is running properly A strong work ethic and reliable attendance The Good Stuff (Benefits): Medical, dental, and vision insurance Traditional and Roth 401(k) plans with employer match Quarterly Bonus Program Annual Profit Sharing Program Paid vacation and holidays Tuition reimbursement Short-term disability insurance When you join our team, you join our family.
