Grants Specialist

Position Overview: This position provides primary operational support for North Central SARE grant programs. The role manages the end-to-end workflow for application cycles across six programs, including compliance screening, reviewer recruitment, and panel coordination. Additionally, the position handles routine financial logistics for review committees and supports the tracking of approximately 200 annual grantee reports to ensure alignment with program requirements. Operating within established protocols, the position ensures all grant management, financial, and reporting outcomes meet institutional standards. Please apply by June 8, 2026. Responsibilities 15% - Grantee Reporting & Tracking What you'll need BA/BS degree or a combination of related education and work experience to equal at least four years. Experience applying knowledge and skills to recurring tasks with a high emphasis on precision, accuracy, and meeting tight deadlines.
