Must-Have: - ICU experience - Ability to work rotating shifts, including days and nights - Weekend/Holiday requirement: Every other

Description: Interviews will be conducted virtually. Offers need to be responded to with an acceptance or a decline within 48 hours, or they will be pulled. Time off will not be altered once an offer is accepted. Candidates within a specified distance are considered local. The position involves working in a surgical ICU setting. Ideal candidates will possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. Effective communication skills are essential for collaboration with the healthcare team. Flexibility and adaptability in approach to patient care are required.
