We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Clerk to support our Quality department by processing and maintaining records, assisting with quality documentation, and helping ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.

The Quality Clerk 2 works closely with teams across the organization to support AS9100 requirements, product quality, continuous improvement, and on-time delivery.

The work schedule is 7:30 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday.

What You’ll Do

• Process, validate, and maintain Quality department records and documentation.
• Assist with documents needed to demonstrate compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Participate in nonconformance processes, including MRB, DMR, and CAR processing.
• Create First Article Inspection (FAI) reports to support customer quality and flow-down requirements.
• Perform data entry and other clerical duties supporting the Quality department.
• Review documentation for accuracy and completeness.
• Work daily with Account Management, Programs, Production Planning, Final Test, Shipping, Receiving, and Quality.
• Support AS9100 QMS requirements, on-time delivery, and continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For

• Data-entry experience, preferably in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
• Knowledge of an ERP system, preferably Epicor Vantage, is preferred.
• Previous exposure to manufacturing quality documentation or QMS processes is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications.
• High school diploma or GED.
