Position Overview

The client is seeking an experienced Foreman / Project Manager to oversee multiple residential development and commercial plumbing projects. This leadership role is responsible for managing field operations, supervising crews, coordinating project schedules and resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on time. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with extensive plumbing experience who can independently solve problems and deliver exceptional project results.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple residential and commercial plumbing projects simultaneously.

• Lead, supervise, and mentor field crews while maintaining productivity and accountability.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, inspections, and project schedules.

• Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.

• Ensure projects are completed accurately, safely, and within established timelines.

• Communicate project updates and progress with company management.

• Identify project challenges early and implement effective solutions with minimal supervision.

• Perform plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance as required.

• Ensure compliance with company standards, local plumbing codes, and safety regulations.

• Maintain quality workmanship and customer satisfaction throughout every project.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in residential developments and commercial plumbing.

• Proven experience leading field crews and managing multiple plumbing projects.

• Strong blueprint reading and project coordination skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

• Valid, clean driver's license and reliable transportation.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make sound decisions.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, installation methods, and construction practices.
