As a QMA, you will have the opportunity to provide clinical care and compassion to our residents while making a difference in their daily lives.

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical care and compassion to our residents, recognizing and managing geriatric syndromes common to older adults

• Prepare equipment and aids for physician examinations and treatments

• Facilitate resident participation in their own healthcare and involve family/significant others in implementation of best practices

• Promote quality end-of-life care for older adults

Requirements:

• Demonstrate Envive's Values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff

• Current nursing license, in good standing with the State licensing board

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
