Summary Provide expert ready-to-wear tailoring and alterations in-store, partnering with client advisors to deliver bespoke adjustments, repairs, and custom tailoring that uphold the brand's craftsmanship and client expectations. Own all tailoring activities on-site and ensure high standards of fit and finish for luxury garments. Maintain deep knowledge of garment construction and the brand's heritage to inform workmanship and client interactions. Responsibilities Perform alterations, repairs, and custom tailoring on ready-to-wear garments to client specifications. Interpret, replicate, construct and deconstruct intricate garments with precision and attention to detail. Collaborate with client advisors to advise clients on fit options and alteration possibilities. Ensure consistency in craftsmanship and finish across all tailoring work. Manage tailoring workflow and prioritize client requests to meet timelines. Maintain equipment and workspace to luxury retail standards. Document alterations and maintain accurate client and garment records. Requirements Extensive ready-to-wear tailoring skills with a high level of technical expertise. Exceptional eye for detail and precision in garment construction. Ability to interpret complex garment designs and execute bespoke alterations. Strong communication and client service skills to work with client advisors and clients. Passion for the brand, appreciation of craftsmanship, and commitment to quality.
