Senior Manager / Manager, Central Strategy & Operations

About The Role As a Strategy & Operations Manager, you will act as an internal consultant and operator, diving into the highest‑priority opportunities across the company. You will own analyses, frame problems, and drive cross‑functional projects that unlock new revenue streams and operational efficiencies. High performers will graduate to lead a specific business unit or function within 18–36 months. Key Responsibilities Strategic Problem‑Solving – Structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and synthesize insights into clear recommendations. Experimentation & Analytics – Design experiments, analyze results, and iterate quickly to optimize product‑market fit and unit economics. Project Management – Drive cross‑functional workstreams from concept through launch. Operational Excellence – Design and implement processes, dashboards and KPIs that improve efficiency and scalability of new initiatives. Requirements Experience: 3–5 years in a top‑tier management consulting firm, investment bank, or structured general‑management/rotational program (e.g., Amazon, Uber, DoorDash). Analytical Rigor: Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and SQL; comfort building financial and operational models from scratch. Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguity, biases toward action, and relentlessly seeks improvement. Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills with the ability to distill complex analyses into executive‑ready insights. Project & Stakeholder Management: Proven track record of leading cross‑functional initiatives on aggressive timelines. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related field Passion for Travel & Technology: Genuine interest in redefining the travel industry and building with AI‑driven tools. Strongly Preferred Startup or high‑growth operating experience is a strong plus. MBA or other advanced degree. Compensation Compensation range for this role can vary widely depending on experience, and for this role an indicative range is $130k-$160k + equity.
