Medical Records Specialist

Job Title: Medical Records Specialist Job Location: In-office, Daytona Beach, FL Employment Type: Full-time Responsibilities: Researches contact information for providers Prepares and sends requests for medical records requests; transmits requests via mail, email, fax or EHR portal(s) Ensures that received medical record files are complete and accurate Closely reviews all records and bills that are received for accuracy to eliminate errors and to prevent any duplicated entries Ensures the records are correct by cross-checking as records and bills Performs other duties as assigned by Management Qualifications & Requirements: Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment Ability to maintain confidentiality, exercise discretion and good judgment Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to learn and adhere to the Policies and Procedures set forth by the Firm Salary Range: Competitive #J-18808-Ljbffr Radical Law Firm
