Do you enjoy bringing spaces back to life? As our Carpenter, you'll be the mastermind behind transforming apartments, cottages, and carriage houses into refreshed, welcoming homes.
What You'll Do
Interior
- Demolition
- Removal of flooring
- Framing
- Finish Carpentry installation of interior and exterior trims
- Drywall repair, install, finish.
- Light Painting and finishing
- Installation of interior doors
- Removal and Installation of door lock sets and hardware
- Installation of cabinets
- Installation, removal of appliances
Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing
- Working knowledge of Outlets, switches, breakers, and electrical wiring
- Basic plumbing removal and reconnects of toilets, sinks, baths, faucets, and laundry.
- HVAC components replacement/installation
What We're Looking For
- H.S graduate or equivalent preferred.
- Three or more years’ experience as a carpenter or an equivalent combination of experience and technical training.
- Valid PA driver’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and with others as assigned.
- Residential Remodeling experience in a professional capacity.
- Must be organized & able to prioritize deadlines.
- Must be able to successfully pass background check and drug screen
Additional Information
This position is full-time Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm!
