Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (No Weekends)
Pay: Hourly + Bonus Structure
Location: A&R Complete Auto Care

Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with customers. This role is critical to our success—you’ll be the bridge between our customers and technicians, helping guide the service process and ensuring a top-tier experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
• Listen to customer concerns and clearly communicate service recommendations
• Provide accurate estimates for repairs and maintenance
• Keep customers updated throughout the repair process
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate information
• Recommend additional services based on vehicle needs
• Ensure complete and accurate customer and vehicle records
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Handle necessary paperwork and documentation

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, energetic attitude
• Sales mindset with a focus on customer trust and satisfaction
• Automotive knowledge preferred
• Previous customer service experience preferred (sales experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license
