POSITION DESCRIPTION:

To carry out the custodial responsibilities in maintaining buildings. To assist in the daily housekeeping at the Branch. Minimal direction and supervision are necessary for this position, must be a self-starter!

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Building/Grounds litter as needed (inside and outside) Clean Mirrors/Windows/Glass Trash Management (emptied and wipe containers) Vacuum All Carpet Areas as Needed Toilet/Urinal/Sink Disinfect and Clean throughout the day and as needed Refill and Clean Dispensers (soaps, sanitizer, paper towels, and toilet paper, etc.) Showers Disinfect and Clean throughout the day and as needed Water Fountains Disinfect and Clean Furniture/Bleachers/Step Stools Disinfect and Clean Dusting All Horizontal and Vertical surfaces Dust Mop / Wet Mop (maintain clean flooring surfaces during day) Report any facility issues through supervisor Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with members, donors and volunteers. Assist in all other duties that pertain to Janitorial

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
