Overview Reconstruction Project Manager Fort Collins Responsibilities Meet operational objectives of sales, gross margin, and brand experience. Confirm budget and work orders before start of project. Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradespeople. Manage the renovation, including controlling and communicating the project budget; spend a significant amount of time in the field to ensure proper completion of projects. Our current RPM's yearly pay range from $65,000 to $100,000 depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.
