Excellent pay and overtime : earn between $28-$38/hour, based on experience, with plenty of overtime during travel Comprehensive benefits: enjoy low-cost medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and paid holidays All travel expenses covered + per diem reimbursement for food Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise and direct installation crews on active construction sites, ensuring work is performed safely, efficiently, and to TAG's quality standards Lead the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of low-voltage electrical systems, vehicle barriers, gates, and related safety devices Coordinate daily activities with general contractors, subcontractors, and other trades on-site Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce jobsite safety protocols, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations Read and interpret project drawings, electrical schematics, and specifications to plan and execute work Manage crew schedules, material logistics , and on-site inventory to maintain project timelines Perform quality control inspections and maintain detailed daily reports, timesheets, and project documentation Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the field, escalating to engineering when necessary Keep the project PM informed via daily jobsite reports and issue tracking Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for the GC Site Super Travel to job sites nationwide for installations (all travel expenses and per diem are provided) Travel up to 60% Opportunity for global travel; TAG has active projects in Europe, Asia, and South America About the Company: Total Automation Group (TAG) is a premier consultant, supplier, integrator and installer of high security vehicle barriers, bollards, gates, beams and full access control point (ACP) systems in the perimeter security industry.
