Administrative Support Position

Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Like an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry.

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours), OR
• Graduate Program minimum 4.5 credit hours)

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience working in an office setting
• Adobe Acrobat and working knowledge of office equipment (scanners and copy machines).

Additional Details:

• Work Schedule: Part-time, up to 25 hours/week
• Location: Portland, OR (Marquam Hill)
• M-F, must work in office 2-3 days/week. Can work partial days to coordinate with school schedule.
