Dropstars Plumbing in Burbank, CA is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you thrive in a fast‑paced home services environment and want a role where your skills directly drive success, apply now!WHAT'S THE SCOPE?Pay: As our Customer Service Representative, you'll earn a competitive wage of $24–$28 per hour, based on home‑service experience, plus booking rate bonuses and monthly performance bonuses.Benefits:Monthly bonus opportunitiesPaid time offPaid vacationSchedule: This is a full‑time, Monday–Friday position from 8 am to 5 pm.YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTERAs our Customer Service Representative, you'll confidently guide customers from inquiry to booked job while maintaining a calm, professional tone. You'll manage online leads with urgency, coordinate property management scheduling, support dispatch operations, and keep calendars running smoothly.
