April Housing is seeking a VP, Senior Counsel, Affordable Housing & LIHTC to join its legal team as a subject matter expert in affordable housing, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTC), and preservation transactions. This role serves as one of the Company's primary legal advisors on affordable housing preservation, regulatory compliance, partnership governance, and portfolio strategy.
