Make an Impact.VetnCare is looking for an experienced, people-focused Hospital Manager to lead the team at Irvington Pet Hospital in Fremont, CA.This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who enjoys being present with their team, creating structure and accountability, and making sure the hospital runs smoothly every day.You'll partner closely with our veterinary and operational leaders to support our people, strengthen the client experience and ensure we continue delivering excellent patient care.If you're an experienced veterinary leader who combines strong people management with operational know-how, we'd love to hear from you.The RoleAs Hospital Manager, you'll set the tone for the hospital each day.You'll create clarity, reduce friction and ensure the hospital operates in a consistent, compliant and respectful way.
