Ensure property documents and titles are received on all unitsProcess Daily Wholesale and Dealer Trade TransactionsProcess check request for purchase units and needed payoff on units if duePerform Schedule Maintenance on Inventory to ensure accuracy of dataCall weekly on titles needed on payoff and pending issues. Follow-up of pending items very importantPerform Daily Reconciliation of Parts and Service credit card and cash depositsReview parts and service schedules to ensure all items closed are researched and cleared dailyProcess daily general deposit. Write receipts and ensure accuracy of deposit entries at bank and general ledgerThis opportunity is for you if you have:Minimum of 5 years' experience in the automotive industryTekion and/or CDK, DMS, and strong Microsoft Excel skills are requiredHigh degree of professionalismStrong sense of pride in work product and a demonstrated willingness to go the extra mileStrong attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities and meeting deadlinesStrong interpersonal (verbal and written) communication skills, team playerAbility to communicate with various levels of managementOrganizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skillsWilling to submit to a drug test and criminal background checkPay range for this role is: $25.00 - $30.00 per hourThis job description in no way implies that the duties listed here are the only ones the employee may be required to perform.
