Job Description

Prostar Staffing is seeking an experienced Bilingual Team Lead to join our Waukegan facility.

Location: Waukegan, IL
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6:50 AM - 3:00 PM | $18.00/Hour

Overtime Available as Needed

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support a bilingual team to meet daily production goals
Serve as the communication bridge between employees and management in both English and Spanish
Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and ensure quality standards are met
Train and mentor team members to support skill development and performance
Translate instructions, documents, and communications as needed
Identify and resolve production issues, delays, and bottlenecks
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Maintain accurate reports and shift documentation

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of Team Lead or Supervisory experience
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage team performance and achieve results
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills, including email and spreadsheets
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
