The Radiology Career Ladder Chart Radiology Career Ladder Chart gives an overview of each ladder requirements while the Radiology Career Ladder Evaluation Request Radiology Career Ladder Evaluation Request Form is where the employee documents achievements and obtains approval to maintain same level or advance to next level.Education And ExperienceMust be a high school graduate or equivalent and enrolled in a contracted formal educational programRequired to complete two (2) hours of hospital provided continuing education hours upon hire and annually for Advanced Sterile Processing Certification. Education will focus on the handling of soiled instrumentation at the point of use and storage of instrumentation for sterile processing department pick-upLanguage SkillsRequires the ability to read and analyze information.Requires the ability to effectively communicate and respond to questions from all Hospital's publics.Physical RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential responsibility satisfactorily.
