A-Level Automotive Technician (Up to $150K | High Volume Shop | 40+ Hours Available Weekly)

Rush Automotive in Bastrop is actively hiring an experienced A-Level Technician to support a growing, high-demand shop environment.

We have more work than we can handle and need technicians who can step in and produce immediately. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to maximize earnings in a steady workflow shop.

Compensation & Benefits

$80,000 – $150,000+ earning potential
40+ billed hours per week consistently available
Performance-based pay plan
401k with 6% company match
Health insurance + optional dental and vision
$50,000 life insurance (after 90 days)
10–13 paid holidays
Generous PTO package based on tenure
1 week paid volunteer time
Paid ongoing training (WTI, STX, AE Tools, etc.)

Key Responsibilities

Perform diagnostics and repairs across vehicle systems
Handle high-volume workflow efficiently
Maintain productivity at 40+ billed hours per week
Deliver high-quality, accurate repairs

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience as an automotive technician
A-Level capability (strong across most systems)
Proven diagnostic skills
Consistent production history
Reliable and team-focused
