Residential Treatment Support SpecialistRed River Recovery Center is looking for a dependable, compassionate, and organized Residential Treatment Support Specialist to join our team. This isn't just a desk job. You'll work directly with clients while helping keep the daily operations of our program organized and running smoothly. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, can maintain professional boundaries, communicates well, and is comfortable balancing client support with documentation, transportation, and program responsibilities.Benefits:Health insurance available after 60 daysDental insurance options availablePTO401(k) with 4% employer match after meeting eligibility requirementsOn-site CPR/First Aid trainingConsistent Monday–Friday daytime scheduleWhat You'll Do:Provide day-to-day support and supervision to clients in a residential treatment settingHelp maintain a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environmentComplete regular client check-ins and communicate concerns to the treatment teamAssist with daily program schedules, activities, and residential routinesFacilitate New Client Orientation for scheduled admissions Monday–ThursdayWelcome new clients and help them become familiar with program expectations and the facilityComplete required client documentation and incident reports accurately and on timeAssist with administrative duties, including phones, filing, data entry, and other program tasksProvide transportation to medical, mental health, dental, and other approved appointmentsSupport clients while maintaining appropriate professional boundariesMonitor common areas and help ensure residential spaces remain organized and appropriateCommunicate effectively with counselors, nursing staff, treatment coordinators, and leadershipFollow agency policies, confidentiality requirements, and professional standardsAssist with other residential program needs as assignedWhat We're Looking For:High school diploma or equivalentValid driver's license requiredPrevious experience in residential treatment, behavioral health, human services, recovery services, or a related setting is preferredAbility to establish and maintain appropriate professional boundariesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCompassionate, respectful, and nonjudgmental approachDependable and able to work independently while also being part of a teamGood organizational and multitasking skillsBasic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Word and ExcelCPR/First Aid certification or willingness to complete trainingAbility to successfully complete required background checksAbout Red River Recovery Center:Red River Recovery Center provides residential substance use disorder treatment in Dilworth, Minnesota.
