Supervisor II, Quality Assurance (OSD) (3rd shift)

Quality Assurance Supervisor II overseeing manufacturing operations and QA team at a pharmaceutical facility. Responsible for GMP compliance, product quality, regulatory adherence, and staff management on third shift.
Responsibilities
- Lead Quality Assurance team with hiring, performance management, and staff development
- Provide daily shop floor quality support and oversight of manufacturing operations
- Investigate quality holds, quarantines, and rejections; oversee corrective actions
- Review and approve standard operating procedures, batch records, and change requests
- Partner with operations on production scheduling and exception documentation resolution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in sciences or engineering
- 2+ years supervising a team in manufacturing production environment
- 2+ years experience in regulated pharmaceutical industry
- Thorough knowledge of FDA and GMP regulations and QA operations
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to work third shift (Monday-Friday 9 p.m.–6 a.m., alternate weekends)
