Staff Flight Test Instrumentation Technician

Responsibilities Take part in manufacturing and installation of aircraft instrumentation across the aircraft (wiring, mechanical install, etc). Support the integration, maintenance, operation, modification, and repair of the instrumentation on aircraft. Help support the fabrication and maintenance of data acquisition systems. Qualifications Relevant experience in the aviation industry. Minimum 4-6 years of hands‑on experience. Experience working on aircraft, preferably in electrical wiring or instrumentation. Strong and applied knowledge of complex assembly and installation processes, such as build record documentation, quality systems, and manufacturing execution systems. Familiarity with functional testing and non‑conformity processes. Ability to work well independently and in teams. Fluency with mechanical and electrical assembly procedures. Job Type and Location Full‑time. Pay range: $42–$52 per hour. Requires on‑site work from the Hollister office.
