Pay Range The pay range is $33.50 - $48.50. Actual pay rate depends upon experience. A Brief Overview Delivers nursing care by developing a nursing diagnosis, establishing nursing care objectives, defining interventions, and providing physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients, families, and friends. What You Will Do Provide patient care by reviewing physician prescriptions and communicating the nursing care plan to other healthcare team members. Develop nursing care plans by obtaining medical histories, examining patients, documenting physical condition, psychological status, and social factors, and conferring with family. Teach healthcare requirements by establishing patient care goals and instructing patients and families to understand condition, medications, and self‑care skills. Evaluate patient care by adhering to therapeutic standards, measuring health outcomes, reviewing records, and re‑evaluating care objectives. Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy patient care environment by adhering to infection‑control policies, medication administration procedures, and legal regulations. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Keep patient care equipment operating by following procedures, troubleshooting, and performing preventive maintenance. Keep patient care supplies ready by checking stock, anticipating needs, and ordering supplies. Maintain competence in nursing capabilities as outlined by leadership. Essential Qualifications Must be able to work the specified hours, have adequate visual acuity, and communicate effectively with others. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Required Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience Registered Nurse (RN) with an active state license upon hire. Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience 1–3 years experience working in a clinical environment.
