We're seeking a dependable and patient-focused Phlebotomist to join a fast-paced healthcare team. If you have strong venipuncture skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent patient care, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Perform blood draws using straight and butterfly needles
• Collect, label, process, and prepare specimens for testing and transport
• Verify patient information and laboratory orders for accuracy
• Educate patients on collection procedures with professionalism and care
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
• Support daily laboratory operations, documentation, and workflow improvement

What We're Looking For

High School Diploma or GED

Minimum 6 months of phlebotomy experience in a lab, hospital, or clinical setting

Strong venipuncture and specimen-handling skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Preferred: Phlebotomy certification (required in certain states).

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
