Job Position: Order Puller
Location: Dallas, TX 75228 Pay Rate: $18.50/hr Shift: 1st Shift Order Puller - Temp to Perm Opportunity Stride Staffing has partnered with a leading metals distributor to offer an excellent opportunity to join their team! We are hiring Order Pullers for a temp-to-perm position. If you're dependable, hardworking, and ready for a long-term career, we want to meet you! Job Duties:- Perform general warehouse duties (labor intensive)
- Consistently lift up to 70 lbs throughout the shift (heavy lifting required)
- Push, pull, stand, walk, sit, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach as required
- Use tape measure accurately
- Package products with consistency and accuracy
- Cross-train in multiple departments, including forklift operations (sit-down & stand-up) and the iron shipping department
- ABOVE THE ANKLE Steel Toe Shoes and Met Guards required
- Physically capable of consistent, heavy lifting up to 70 lbs
- Sit-down or Stand-up forklift experience a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus
- Good packaging and measuring skills
- Ability to multi-task and work with accuracy
- Must be able to pass a background check (not background friendly)
- Temp-to-perm with room for growth
