Oncology Research Expert — AI Training Data Contributor (MD/PhD) About Labela Labela builds evaluation and training data for frontier AI labs by working with verified subject matter experts. We recruit physicians, scientists, and specialists to help improve AI model performance in complex, high-stakes domains. Role Labela is recruiting board-certified oncologists or oncology researchers holding both an MD and PhD to contribute to AI training and evaluation projects. Contributors review, write, and assess AI-generated medical content related to oncology, drawing on clinical and research expertise to identify errors, ambiguity, or gaps in reasoning. Requirements MD and PhD, both required Based in the United States Active research background in oncology (published work, clinical trials, or academic research appointment) Current or prior clinical oncology practice preferred Comfortable working independently on a computer-based platform Responsibilities Evaluate AI model outputs for medical accuracy in oncology-related tasks Write or revise clinical scenarios, case reasoning, and treatment rationale Provide structured feedback on model errors or omissions Complete calibration exercises to establish scoring consistency across contributors #J-18808-Ljbffr
