Commercial Administrator

Job Summary Our client, a leading media and entertainment organization, is seeking a Commercial Administrator to join their team. This role manages and coordinates commercial content across linear and digital platforms, ensuring broadcasts align with agency guidelines and strict daily deadlines. Contract Details Contract type and duration: 6-month contract Work location: Los Angeles, CA Work arrangement: Fully onsite Core Responsibilities Edit and maintain daily program logs to ensure accurate commercial scheduling Verify commercial assets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established guidelines Update and maintain commercial inventory within internal systems Coordinate commercial content across linear and digital platforms Collaborate with Sales, Programming, On-Air, and Operations teams Monitor daily deadlines and ensure commercial materials are processed on schedule Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to commercial content and scheduling Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Experience in commercial administration, broadcast operations, media, or a related field Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks and strict daily deadlines Experience working with content, scheduling, or inventory management systems Strong organizational and coordination skills Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams Strong written and verbal communication skills Preferred Skills/Experience (Nice-to-Haves) Experience working in a broadcast, television, or media environment Familiarity with linear and digital programming workflows Experience working with commercial or advertising content Knowledge of broadcast scheduling and traffic operations Experience working with media asset management systems Familiarity with agency or broadcast compliance guidelines Experience supporting Sales, Programming, or On-Air teams Key Competencies & Behaviors Strong attention to detail Excellent organization and time management Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration Dependable and deadline-oriented Work Environment Location: Los Angeles, CA Work Arrangement: Onsite Compensation & Benefits Pay Range: The approximate pay range for this position is between $22.00 and $32.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
