Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst

Establish, configure, and maintain a compliant Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and associated cost-schedule control infrastructure Apply EVMS principles and performance-measurement-baseline concepts across multiple control accounts within the Integrated Product Team Develop, update, and sustain the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and associated budgeting/scheduling data Produce and present internal and external variance-analysis reports Prepare and submit government cost-performance reports, briefings, and performance-measurement analyses Operate SAP (or equivalent ERP) and Earned Value software (e.g., Deltek Cobra/MPM) Conduct schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies Design and implement moderate-to-complex process improvements and new reporting methods Interface regularly with program managers, functional managers, and Cost Account Managers Requirements Bachelors degree from an accredited university 5 years of Business, Finance, Accounting, Cost Accounting and/or Aerospace and Defense Business-related experience A Masters degree with 3 years of experience A PhD and 1 year of experience A HS Diploma (or equivalent) with 9yrs experience may be considered in lieu of a degree Demonstrated experience with SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, Deltek Cobra/MPM, or comparable ERP/Earned Value Management tools Proven ability to prepare and present briefings to senior-level internal and external customers 1+ years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret Clearance and Special Access Program (SAP) approval Demonstrates expertise in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles, cost-schedule control, and performance measurement, with a strong ability to prepare and present detailed reports and briefings to stakeholders. Proficient in utilizing SAP and Deltek Cobra/MPM for effective project management and financial analysis.
