Here, you'll find a committed team and a community that values compassionate care.ResponsibilitiesProvide a mix of obstetrics and gynecologic care in both inpatient and outpatient settingsSchedule: 25 patient contact office hours/week, surgery 1/2 day each week (outside patient office contact hours)Call Schedule: 2 restricted in house call shifts each month, unrestricted call 1:3 (one day during week and every 3rd weekend)Average Deliveries: 7-12 per month per physicianClinic Volume: 20 patients per sessionRobotics: AvailableEMR: EpicCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team including midwives, nurses, and support staffBase Salary: $350,000 - $425,000 + productivity bonusQualificationsBoard-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics & GynecologyActive or eligible for Illinois medical licenseExcellent clinical, communication, and interpersonal skillsCommitment to providing comprehensive women's health services in a community-focused settingPay TransparencyPrime Healthcare Illinois Medical Group offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $350,000-425,000 on an annualized basis.
