Prosperity Placement Solutions is partnering with a community-based behavioral health organization seeking a compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a provider passionate about expanding access to mental health services and helping individuals receive the psychiatric care they need within their communities. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support patients, improve mental health outcomes, and make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

Compensation: $65–$70 per hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

What You'll Do

• Conduct psychiatric evaluations, mental health assessments, and diagnostic interviews.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each patient's needs.

• Provide psychiatric medication management and monitor treatment effectiveness.

• Prescribe medications and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.

• Collaborate with therapists, social workers, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.

• Coordinate care with community partners to support continuity of treatment.

• Educate patients about their diagnoses, medications, and treatment options.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with applicable clinical standards.

• Help improve access to behavioral health services for individuals facing barriers to traditional care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the applicable state.

• Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner certification (PMHNP-BC).

• Graduate degree from an accredited nursing program.

• Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health care preferred.

• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and decision-making skills.

• A genuine commitment to serving individuals with mental health needs.
