Barista Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional experience to our customers by preparing and serving high‑quality coffee beverages while providing friendly and efficient service. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, espresso, tea, and specialty drinks, according to established recipes and customer preferences. Take customer orders, process payments, and provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and positive attitude. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including cleaning coffee machines, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Restock supplies and keep inventory organized to ensure a smooth and efficient operation. Operate and maintain coffee‑making equipment, troubleshoot minor issues as needed, and report major concerns to management. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and maintain a harmonious team environment. Stay informed about coffee industry trends, new products, and techniques to continually enhance skills and knowledge. Qualifications Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage positively with a diverse customer base. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn about different brewing methods and specialty coffee products. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and making change.
