Schedule:
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

Local Pay: $35 – $38/hour
Travel Pay: $38 – $40/hour

Job Description

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide quality nursing care in a residential healthcare setting in Corpus Christi, TX.

The LVN will perform a variety of nursing and patient-care duties, including providing direct care, monitoring residents' health conditions, administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and supporting overall patient well-being under the supervision of the Unit Nurse Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents according to established care plans and clinical standards.
• Administer medications, treatments, and other prescribed nursing interventions.
• Monitor patients' conditions and promptly report changes to the appropriate nursing leadership.
• Assist with assessments and ongoing monitoring of residents' health status.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
• Collaborate with RNs, physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Follow established infection-control, safety, and facility procedures.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and other healthcare needs as required.
• Provide compassionate, respectful, and patient-centered care.
• Perform other nursing duties as assigned by the Unit Nurse Manager.

Requirements

• Active Texas LVN/LPN license in good standing.
• Previous LVN/LPN nursing experience required.
• Experience in residential, long-term care, behavioral health, developmental disability, or similar settings is preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Ability to work either the morning or afternoon/evening shift.
