At Advantage Used Car & Truck we believe in treating customers like they are family and having fun while doing it! As a Service Advisor, it is your primary goal to create long-lasting relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor for all things automotive. On a daily basis, you will work with customers to address their automotive needs. We are a full-service shop. Anything from oil changes to in-depth repairs you will help facilitate it all! We are looking for someone who wants to build a career in a booming industry! We are growing and we want you to grow with us! Bring your positive attitude and we can teach the rest! Service advisors set the tone for a positive customer experience for years to come! It takes drive, passion and an upbeat positive attitude no matter the challenge! $40,000- $85,000 What We Offer:

Responsibilities :
- Customer Service-Take ownership of every interaction! Even the little details count!
- Sales Goals- Achieved by communicating vehicle needs as described by technicians in a clear and transparent manner.
- Product Knowledge- Own your interactions! You are the expert, do the research so that you can be confident in what you are communicating!
- Ability to work on a team- We all have the same goal! Take care of customers!
- Quality Control- To the customer, you are the entire process; by making sure all concerns are addressed you will win the customer!
Qualifications:
- High level of organization.
- Strong ability to multi-task.
- Excellent attitude- We need a people person, everything we do starts with the interactions that take place!
- Clean Driving Record.
- Customer Service Experience- 1 Year
- Sales Experience- 1 Year
- Willing to submit to Drug Screen and Background Check.
