Job Description Job Description Director of Rehabilitation (PT) Location: St. Joseph, MO (8-county coverage area) Job Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation $90,000 - $110,000 annually Mileage reimbursement provided Additional incentives available for qualified candidates Position Summary The Director of Rehab oversees therapy services in a home health setting, ensuring high-quality patient care, regulatory compliance, and effective team management. This role combines leadership responsibilities with patient care (approximately 60% administrative / 40% clinical). Key Responsibilities Oversee daily rehab operations and therapy staff performance Review cases, assign therapists, and support care planning Ensure compliance with Medicare guidelines and documentation standards Lead case conferences and coordinate interdisciplinary care Conduct record reviews, supervisory visits, and QA activities Support hiring, training, and development of therapy staff Assist with program development, policies, and strategic initiatives Requirements Active PT, OT, or SLP license Graduate of an accredited therapy program 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience (home health preferred) Current CPR certification Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Highlights Large service area with autonomy in the field Stable team with low turnover Full benefits (health, dental, vision) CoreMedical Group is a nationally recognized healthcare staffing firm with 25+ years of experience connecting healthcare professionals with opportunities nationwide.
