Join our healthcare partner in providing direct professional nursing care to patients in need. As a Registered Nurse in the psychiatric unit, you will be responsible for assessing patient needs, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care provided. Your ability to work cooperatively and communicate effectively will be key in delivering high-quality care.

• Provide direct nursing care to psychiatric patients
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain a professional and supportive demeanor at all times
• Hold a current license to practice professional nursing in Pennsylvania
• Meet the American Heart Association's standards for Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) and renew every two years
• Complete Crisis Prevention Institute’s Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI NCI) training and renew every two years
• Need 1 year experience in setting
