CNC Press Brake Operator (2nd Shift)

Job Title: Press Brake Operator (2nd Shift) Location: Kearny, New Jersey Compensation: $49,920.00 to $56,160.00 Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40.0 hours per week Responsibilities Operate and program CNC Press Brake machines, primarily Amada, setting up machinery, and performing test runs on materials. Use CAD programs, basic hand tools, measurement instruments, and fine measuring tools to ensure accurate production. Inspect production parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to maintain optimal operation. Communicate with production leads to meet deadlines and follow production schedules. Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety, operational, and regulatory standards in collaboration with Quality and Environmental Departments. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; post-high school education or training preferred. At least one (1) year of manufacturing experience pressing, bending, or stamping metal. Familiar with Press Brake programming and setup. Ability to read and interpret 2D prints, 3D models, and work instructions. Experience in sheet metal fabrication is required. Willingness to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
