Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare setting, monitoring and patrolling assigned areas to help maintain a secure environment. You will remain visible to help deter incidents, respond to security-related needs, support staff and visitors with exceptional customer service, and communicate professionally in sensitive areas. Pay Rate: $23.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM

Sat 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of hospital buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and report unusual activity, policy violations, hazards, and maintenance concerns according to site procedures.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and communicate observations to appropriate hospital personnel and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be able to meet hospital vaccination requirements.
• Must be able to work in a hospital morgue environment.
• Must be able to restrain individuals when necessary.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
