Central Operations Specialist We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. The CENTRAL OPERATIONS SPECIALIST is responsible for the specific duties listed below. Your specific duties will include: Legal Processing: Process levies, subpoenas, summonses, garnishments, and other legal orders affecting deposit accounts. Research and resolve processing exceptions. Wire Operations: Release outgoing wires under dual-control guidelines and troubleshoot complex processing issues. Reconciliations & Accounting: Complete daily/monthly reconciliations, research outstanding items, and balance Federal Reserve Bank (FRB) deposit difference reports. Operational Processing: Handle account adjustments, cash shipments/orders, collections, and IOLTA reporting. Account Maintenance: Perform callback functions, including debit card and dormant account updates. Support & Back-Up: Guide Central Operations Specialist I and II staff, providing operational back-up coverage for complex EIM, wire, and legal processing issues. Required qualifications for the position include: High school diploma or equivalent required. Five or more years of financial institution operations experience required. Advanced experience in reconciliations, ACH, legal processing, wire operations, or accounting functions preferred. Solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards (BSA/AML, USA PATRIOT Act, CIP, Privacy, CRA). Advanced operational knowledge of deposit products, payment processing, reconciliations, and legal order processing. Experience using Client Navigator/Premier, WireXchange. Legal and Wires processing experience from another financial institution. Pay Rate Range: $55,000 - $65,000/year Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location.
