Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Physical Therapist to work in the Celina, OH area for a top Rehabilitation company. This is a permanent position directly in with the company offering great mentorship and benefits!

Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs. Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Maintain accurate and timely documentation. Ensure patient safety and compliance with all clinical policies and procedures. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Maintain equipment and treatment areas. Participate in continuing education and professional development activities. Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist program. (Or in the process). Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist. (Or in the process).
