Senior Game Designer

Leading a design team, the full-time Senior Game Designer will define and execute core user experiences, including UI, character locomotion, and gameplay features, while collaborating with various teams to enhance player engagement, either remotely or onsite in London, Ontario. Key responsibilities Lead and mentor the design team to achieve the game's creative vision and product goals Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure a polished player experience Analyze player feedback and gameplay data to refine design elements continuously Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Designer in the video game industry Proven experience in designing for live service or multiplayer environments Experience with 1st-person or 3rd-person game design Strong understanding of player feedback loops and combat interactions Familiarity with game engines and design tools
