Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity

Join a traveling Physical Therapist role in Monticello, IA supporting home health patients as they recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Iowa Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Home health experience preferred. Experience providing skilled in-home evaluations and treatment planning is preferred.
• Experience with electronic medical records required; Epic experience preferred but not required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior home health certification or demonstrable experience in home-based care.
• Experience managing caseloads in rural or small-town settings.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1600.
• Weekend availability: as needed.
• 40 hours per week.
• May include occasional floating to nearby service locations within the region.
