Structural Engineer

Responsibilities Collaborate with other structural team members, architects, engineers in other studios, and consultants to support project work. Work on projects across multiple design markets, including PK-12 education, higher education, government, commercial development, and retail. Participate in all aspects of structural engineering design from design inception through construction, including engineering calculations and modeling. Utilize structural analysis software (RAM & Risa) and model structural systems in Revit. Engage in mentoring and professional development initiatives within the studio. Travel to project construction sites to review construction progress and learn construction-phase responsibilities when required. Qualifications Two or more years of experience, with the ability to obtain a PE license. FE certification is a plus but not required within two years of graduation. Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (with a structural focus) or Structural Engineering. Knowledge of New England States Building Codes. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
