Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP-CCC or SLPA licensure recognized for school-based practice
• Prior experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Thorough understanding of IEP development, documentation, and implementation

• Passion for working with middle and high school students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students, tailoring support to individual needs
• Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive student support
• Screen and assess students for communication disorders and provide clear evaluation reports
• Attend and participate in IEP and team meetings as required
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all state and federal guidelines
• Provide guidance or supervision for SLPA staff if applicable
