Based in Baltimore, MD, with a hybrid work model, this position combines administrative excellence with the chance to contribute to innovative aerospace projects. Required Skills: U.S. citizenship High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience, Associate’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or Bachelor’s degree with minimal experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite HR, talent acquisition, or administrative/scheduling experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Customer service orientation Experience supporting interview scheduling preferred (especially in large organizations) Knowledge of Workday or Eightfold is highly advantageous Nice to Have Skills: Experience supporting staffing initiatives Familiarity with aerospace or related high-tech industries Ability to coordinate candidate travel and expenses Experience working remotely while maintaining excellent communication and organization Preferred Education and Experience: High school diploma/GED with substantial relevant experience or a related degree Experience in talent acquisition or administrative support within large corporate structures Other Requirements: Ability to periodically visit the Baltimore site Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously Commitment to maintaining confidentiality Flexibility to support various staffing projects and initiatives Confidence in your organizational skills and a passion for supporting innovative teams will help you succeed in this rewarding role.
